Andreas Wiebe
CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Andreas Wiebe is the Chief Executive Officer of Hulbee AG, which changed its name from Grossbay AG. Its areas of specialism are neuronal software technology and its efficient use. Before joining Grossbay AG management, Andreas Wiebe worked for more than ten years as shareholder and director of well known IT companies, during which time he formed several laboratories. He has excellent knowledge in the fields of software development and marketing.

Irina Wiebe
CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

She comes originally from the field of social education, and has worked with her husband Andreas Wiebe since the company was first formed, supporting the finance departments of subsidiaries in the other countries. She was appointed CFO of Grossbay in early 2009, which has been trading as Hulbee AG since 24 August 2009.

Sergej Nissen
Manager of Hulbee AG's German branch

He comes from the field of geology, and gained experience in the public sector, especially in cooperation with land registries. He has been working in the field of software engineering since 2004. His responsibilities include coordinating the operational business of the branch in Germany.

Ortwin Weyel
Public Services, Defence, Special Projects, QA

Retired colonel, professional Air Force officer specialising in information and knowledge processing, active in the introduction of IT to the Bundeswehr since 1972. In the national and international field, responsible for developing a national information system and implementing an international information network. Since 1998 he has worked for IT companies as project manager, especially in the field of e-government.

Diana Timoshenko
Laboratory Manager in the field of information analysis
and classification.

Studied Mathematics at the Tech University in the Ukraine. Research in the fields of mathematical analysis and statistics. Her main tasks include project management, and research and development in the field of classifying information. Numerous publications.

Sergey Sotnik
Research Manager,  Artificial Intelligence

Studied Mathematics, majoring in Artificial Intelligence. He has been researching the field of artificial intelligence for more than 15 years, and is one of the most important researchers in this field. His publications are known in the press, and are widely used as university source material. In the laboratory his particular responsibilities are artificial intelligence, evolutionary algorithms and computer linguistics.

Alexander Perezhogin
Manager of the Development Laboratory in Russia,

Studied Economics and Management at a Technical University in Russia, graduating with distinction (gold medal). Alexander Perezhogin gained his MBA at the University of Management. He has been working in the IT field for 12 years, and has gained experience in the USA and Europe. His tasks include in particular information analysis and visualization.

Roman Efimov
Laboratory Manager in the field of information
